A healthy diet is one of the keys to prevention. The main excuse for many people not eating healthy meals is either the cost or the boring taste due to a lack of seasoning. The key to becoming a healthy eater is to make gradual changes, don’t send yourself into the mental shock of a cold turkey diet change. Often a quick and extreme diet change can be very difficult and even sometimes unhealthy. Slowly experiment with taste substitutes like using lemon or liquid amino in place of salt or agave as a sweetener. I’ll be posting weekly in our recipe's some of our favorites along with collecting some of  yours to add to our cutting board menu.
